01 / THE LIVING MODEL
Choose a disturbance. Then move time. The model asks every anatomical part to satisfy several overlapping promises at once.

The conceptual jump is small enough to draw—and large enough to reorganize what we think an organism is.

One edge can bind many parts into a single condition that must remain true across scale and time.
Each hyperedge compares the current relation among its participants with a preferred relation. Local tissues follow the combined gradient of every promise they belong to.

Landmarks, cells, voltages, tissues, mechanical states—the current body in all its temporary specificity.
Symmetry, topology, continuity, proportion, enclosure, polarity, joint order, or membership in a larger whole.
Metamorphosis becomes a change in authority: tail-relations fade while leg-relations become difficult to ignore.
The sum of all unfinished promises becomes a distributed corrective signal. No cell requires the complete blueprint.
03 / NESTED AGENCY
A cell is not only a point inside a tissue. It participates in overlapping electromechanical, lineage, anatomical, and organism-scale collectives. The same node can carry several addresses; the overlap may be where biological intelligence hides.
“The frog is not merely a pile of cells.
It is a network of promises that keeps recruiting matter until the promises close.
Maybe “it is all about relationships” is completely literal.
Maybe the new math will not primarily describe what an organism is made from—but what it is attempting to remain in relation to everything else.
